From MTV.com: There's one drawback to Blink-182's decision to release "I Miss You" as their next single.
"This is the thing, the song's really hard to play," singer/guitarist Tom DeLonge said backstage at KROQ-FM's annual Almost Acoustic Christmas on Sunday. "We've never played it before. We might play it in the future, or we might have it on a ghetto blaster onstage and we might do an interpretive dance. It's one of those things, but it's gonna be good, though, no matter what it is.
From Modern Drummer: After a brief photo shoot at a Hollywood recording studio, Travis Barker is off to lunch. In his brand-new, jet-black, V12-powered BMW sedan, he rides shotgun and fiddles with the stereo. Swapping discs in the changer, Barker finally lands on something he’s into. It’s Everlast’s latest disc, and the drummer lands on a couple of tracks in particular that strike him enough to begin humming along. He then turns around and asks, "Do you like this album?"
With the exception of the cranked stereo, the ride to the Japanese restaurant is largely a silent one. Piloting the car is Travis’s drum tech, Daniel Jensen, who also happens to be part owner of Orange County Drums And Percussion. Throughout the day, Jensen appears to act as more than Barker’s tech; he’s his business partner, confidant, and friend. And he’s intimately familiar with Barker’s drumkit...

Blink 182 guitarist/singer Thomas DeLonge teamed up with Taking Back Sunday for the whirlwind filming of the video for This Photograph Is Proof (I Know You Know) on Wednesday, October 26th.
DeLonge's debut as a video director came with more than the usual challenges, as Taking Back Sunday flew in for less than 24 hours, midway through their North American tour. With time of the essence, DeLonge kicked into action, presented a meticulous layout of each shot - his concept included plenty of energetic live performance combined with some memorable imagery - a combination of split screen and live shots.
Bassist Matt Rubano commented, "The enthusiasm that Tom brought to this video was amazing. He was able to execute every bit of his treatment in such a great way. He was totally involved and most importantly he kept it fun for us the whole time. Having made so many videos himself, he really knew what he wanted. Tom is also a really fun, positive person to be around."

From MTV.com: Travis Barker epitomizes the adage that you can't judge a book by its cover.
The lanky, pierced and heavily tattooed Blink-182 drummer isn't often mistaken for a traditional family man — whether he's sporting his gravity-defying Mohawk or not. Upon closer inspection, however, Barker is more "Super Dad" than Sid Vicious.
"I have a 5-year-old daughter that looks nothing like me ... When I take her to school ... people look at me like I stole her!"
